A county government agency coordinated a pool of volunteers who assisted in nursing homes, libraries, parks, and many other areas. The agency had kept this list on paper and was finding it difficult to manage.
Avidaid analyzed their business requirements, conducting interviews with the director, staff and volunteers. Solutions were devised and a computer application created that securely stored the names and contact information of volunteers along with a list of areas they were interested in. With a few key clicks, volunteers could be cross referenced to place them with government and non-profit agencies who needed their help.
